It is always recommended that you pick up your Koi in person if possible to better assure they are handled with care during transport.
The fish are guaranteed healthy when they leave our facility but we can in no way guarantee the health of the fish while in transport. Care and precaution will be taken when preparing and packaging the fish for shipping to give them the best possible chance of survival during transport.
